Meet Aapala

Aapala is a 75 year old retired government officer from India's fully organic state - Sikkim. He spent his career within Agriculture and Fishery departments.

Well aware of authentic food sources directly from his farmer friends, he started his journey into the business world to bring you pesticide-free and strictly unadulterated foods.

He commanded the whole team :
"No matter how long it takes to achieve success, we do business with sincerity and integrity. That's non-negotiable."

Source You Can Trust.

Aapala Foods began with a simple belief that the families deserve food that is clean, natural, and free from harmful chemicals. The idea came from a father who was concerned about the growing use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in everyday foods and wanted people to have access to ingredients they could trust

To make this possible, Aapala works directly with farmers who grow their crops using natural methods and without synthetic chemicals. These farmers follow traditional farming practices that protect the soil and preserve the natural quality of every harvest.

Today, Aapala Foods brings spices, seeds, nuts, honey and traditional foods directly from farms to kitchens across India. Each product reflects our commitment to purity, honest sourcing, and authentic flavour you can enjoy every day.
